Rick White is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rick White Search, a specialist executive search firm supporting the aviation, travel and transport sectors. A Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, Rick brings recognised professional standing within global aviation alongside decades of hands‑on industry experience.
Rick's background spans senior roles across airlines, airports, aerospace and wider mobility organisations, giving him a deep understanding of the operational, regulatory and commercial realities that shape leadership in these sectors. This insight underpins his ability to identify and attract executives who can navigate complexity, drive transformation and deliver long‑term impact.
In addition to his sector expertise, Rick is a qualified psychotherapist with a Master's degree in the discipline, adding a rare and valuable dimension to his selection methodology.
